On July 1, 2021, the agricultural land market opened in Ukraine.

What will extracting companies derive from the land reform: a benefit or, conversely, a disappointment?

Serhii Korniienko, partner of Teffi Law Firm, studied in detail the mechanism proposed by law for subsoil users to exercise their preferential right to purchase agricultural land located within the boundaries of subsoil plots provided to them for use, and noted a number of problematic issues.
