JOB REQUIREMENT:

•Mid-level associate
•Relevant work experience (3+ years)
•The Master of Laws
•Fluent Portuguese, English, Ukrainian / Russian languages will be advantages
•Critical thinking, attentiveness, responsibility and proactive vision
•Legal writing skills
•Excellent communication and presentation skills

TASK DESCRIPTION:

•Advising both legal entities and individuals on tax, commercial, regulatory matters
•Memo drafting
•Сonducting legal due diligence / tax due diligence
