TEFFI Law Firm was approached by a client, a Ukrainian manufacturer of translucent constructions, with a request for assistance in challenging the unlawful decisions of tax invoice registration refusals and compelling the tax authorities to register them.

All the necessary documents confirming the company’s commercial operations were timely provided by the client, but the tax authority rejected their registration.

Our team has already prepared a lawsuit and is preparing its submission to the court after consultation and agreement with the client.

The case is being handled by Oleksander Kravets, the head of the administrative law practice at TEFFI Law Firm, and his team.
