The lawyers of TEFFI law office have defended the interests of the client before the tax authority Back

The lawyers of TEFFI Law Firm won the first instance of the court regarding the objection to the tax assessment of our client.

Soon after, the tax authority appealed the said decision to the Court of Appeal and extended the deadline for the payment of the court fee.

However, the court dismissed the appeal without a schedule as the reason for violating the court fee payment deadlines is not justified due to the introduction of martial law.
