TEFFI Law Firm team wins case in the Supreme Court Back

TEFFI Law Firm was approached by a client, the owner of a Finnish company, seeking assistance with a shareholder dispute. The case involved a shareholder agreement and the recovery of monetary compensation for unpaid dividends amounting to over €16 million.

Our team of lawyers conducted a thorough analysis of the documents, prepared a legal position and evidence base, and filed the case in court. The Supreme Court reviewed the case materials and supported our position.
