TEFFI Law Firm Successfully Defends Client in Labour Dispute with Former Top Executive Back

The Dispute Resolution team at TEFFI Law Firm successfully represented one of Ukraine’s leading foreign distributors of food industry ingredients in a complex employment dispute with the company’s former top executive.

Despite the lengthy proceedings, our lawyers secured a series of favourable court decisions for the client across multiple judicial instances.

Labour disputes involving senior executives are procedurally complex and emotionally charged. Dismissed managers often possess sensitive internal information and tend to pursue substantial financial claims—posing strategic risks to employers.

In such cases, success requires not only legal precision, but also tactical flexibility and a deep understanding of the nuances of employer-employee relations.
