TEFFI Law Firm Successfully Defended a Leading Global Chemical Manufacturer in a UAH 15 Million Tax Dispute Back

TEFFI Law Firm represented a major international company — one of the world’s leading chemical manufacturers — in a complex dispute over the taxation of income paid to a non-resident entity.

The tax authorities had imposed additional tax assessments exceeding UAH 15 million. Through a carefully developed and effectively implemented defense strategy, our team succeeded in proving that the non-resident qualified as the beneficial owner of the income — a decisive argument that led to the full cancellation of the tax assessment.
