TEFFI Law Firm Successfully Advises on Investor Exit from IT Company in Montenegro Back

TEFFI Law Firm provided full legal support for the exit of an investor from an international IT company with a holding structure that includes operations in Montenegro. The deal involved three independent investors: two legal entities and one individual — a Spanish national represented by a professional investment broker.

The total investment amounted to €12 million. Over three years, the company met its business targets, after which we facilitated a legally sound and efficient investor exit (squeeze-out). The client recovered the invested capital and generated a return on the investment.

The project required careful coordination across jurisdictions, protection of all parties’ interests, and accurate documentation in line with both local and international legal frameworks.
