TEFFI Law Firm settled the dispute between the client – the Center for Ecology and Development of New Technologies, and its counterparty – an industrial enterprise, by executing a settlement agreement Back

A dispute over a timely and full payment for services rendered had arisen between our client and his customer. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve the dispute, the client request the assistance of TEFFI Law Firm.

To protect the client’s interests, the lawyers appealed to the commercial court.

At the stage of preparatory court proceedings, the lawyers managed to reach an agreement between the parties to settle this case. The terms of this settlement agreement were fulfilled by the counterparty in full. This means the achievement of complete success for our client.
