TEFFI Law Firm’s Managing Partner on the New Reality of M&A in Wartime Ukraine Back

In the December issue of the inaugural General Counsel Club Ukraine Magazine, an analytical article by Ihor Kryzhanovskyi, Managing Partner at TEFFI Law Firm, was published, focusing on the transformation of the M&A market in Ukraine amid the war.
