In 2020, the TEFFI Law Firm team won the case before the Appeal Administrative Court. The case concerned the contestation of tax assessments to our client.
However, the tax authority filed a cassation appeal against the decision of the Appeal Administrative Court to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court examined the documents of the case, the evidence of the cassation appeal and the argumentation of the experts of TEFFI Law Firm. The judge decided that there were no grounds to uphold the cassation appeal.
