TEFFI Law Firm lawyers have accompanied the company registration in Romania Back

TEFFI Law Firm was contacted by a IT company with the request to register a company in Romania. Our team conducted a client survey and investigated the objectives for which the new legal entity should be established.

We also conducted legal research and fully informed the client about the peculiarities of taxation in Romania. After that, the lawyers prepared the incorporation documents and performed the registration.
