TEFFI Law Firm have settled the receivables Back

We were recently approached by a client, a distributor of chemical products, who asked settlement of receivables.

Our team analyzed the documents related to the commercial transaction, prepared the legal position, procedural documents, evidence base and appealed to the court.

After the court was called, we entered into negotiations with the defendant, as a result of which our client was able to conclude a favorable settlement agreement and the defendant began to implement it.
