Pros and Cons of Judicial Reform in Ukraine Back

Ukraine is making another attempt to “restart” judicial reform and bring the judicial system out of a deep crisis.

Recently, the Verkhovna Rada has passed a number of bills aimed at continuing the reform: on resuming the work of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine and reforming the High Council of Justice.
