The  Bankruptcy Code of Ukraine has been in force for a year and a half. A new legal field has been formed in this area, and the professional community has gained some experience.

Andriy Ilyuk, counsel of Teffi Law Firm, in his commentary for Yuridichna Practika newspaper, gave helpful advices to creditors on which mechanisms should be used to prevent putting liquid assets by a debtor out of reach of a creditor:
