Company relocation is currently a popular service provided by TEFFI Law Firm lawyers.

We were recently approached by an IT firm that asked ask to provide them with legal support in relocating their business team from Kharkiv to Lisbon.

We assisted in:

– drafting, executing, and registering lease agreements for office space and the employees’ accommodation;

– granting temporary protection for the team members;

– opening accounts with local banks; and

– registering the legal entity.
