This year’s Law&Trade A2B Forum of the Ukrainian Bar Association began with a discussion of one of the most painful topics for business – relations with the tax authorities.
During 7 months of 2021, 14.9 thousand tax cases for the amount of UAH 76.8 billion were considered by the courts.

- presumption of legality of taxpayer’s decisions
- verification of the counterparty as the basis for the reality of the transaction
- violation of the procedure for conducting the inspection
Proper preparation for the trial and the formation of a high-quality evidence base significantly increase the chances of winning and protecting the legitimate interests of taxpayers.
