Andriy Ilyuk appointed as Chairman of the Compliance Committee of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association Back

Counsel, Head of Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy Practice at TEFFI Law Firm Andriy Ilyuk has been appointed as Chairman of the Compliance Committee of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association.

Despite the fact that compliance for Ukrainian business is still a new word, it is already obvious that the stable future of any business is connected with the functioning of proper compliance systems.

Andriy has extensive experience in building compliance systems aimed at preventing negative consequences, minimizing risks and complying with regulatory requirements for Ukrainian and foreign companies in Ukraine.

The topic is relevant, so in the near future we will announce a list of events that will be held by us during 2022 within the framework of the committee’s activities and in the context of compliance development in Ukraine.

As Chairman of the Committee, Andriy initiates interesting events, the purpose of which is to develop compliance in Ukraine.
