An anti-corruption policy seminar Back

As a part of development and implementation of compliance procedures for an international Client, TEFFI Law Firm lawyers created and conducted an anti-corruption policy seminar.

Main tasks of it – familiarized Company’s employees with the implemented prevention system, goals and expected results due implementation of an anti-corruption policy of the Company, types of corruption offenses.

Examples of thematic corruption cases has been also presented ensure that Company’s employees successfully identify manifestations of corruption in the future. During the seminar was considered experience of Ukrainian and international businesses. Also, in general, was represented status of the anti-corruption policy of Ukraine.
