The Institute of Bankruptcy in Ukraine returned to normal functioning Back

On December 31, 2021, the President of Ukraine signed a law abolishing the moratorium on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings against debtors-legal entities on the requirements that arose from the date of the beginning of quarantine – 12.03.2020.

The Institute of Bankruptcy has returned to normal functioning.
