Mediation Law: advantages and disadvantages Back

In Ukraine, there has been a long-standing about the need to develop and adopt a special law to regulate mediation. This step is necessary to enter a new stage in development of this institute in our country.

In November, the Mediation Law was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada.
